One of the issues we are having with DabbleDB is when we try to perform multiple filters on all the categories in the application at once. Now we can do this with a single category as you can see below.

However, the way to add a filter across categories is by using the “search all” button. However, when we do this, we are only given the option of selecting one filter it seems.

Above you can see the single search term applied to three different categories. However, attempting to sort within the original sort does not seem possible.

Here we have a view of both of our categories in one application, unfiltered. They way you get this is by entering “nothing” in the search all box and then hitting enter.

However, since the categories have different records, it does not list all the columns, but rather summarizes them. Now we can enter a filter, but this filter is run on the summary.

As you can see we get one result. However, if we use the search all box we get a different result.

This is the result from the actual category entry. It only found one entry because the fields are linked. We have a duplicate application saved which has the same fields, but does not have a link between the fields in question. Notice how different the results look for the same filter or red.
